Walking less than half a mile
through Alvear Avenue, you
reach the Recoleta Park, with
its giant gum trees with canopies spanning nearly
300 feet in diameter and a trunk exceeding 30
feet in diameter) and with its entrance to Recoleta
Cemetery, resting place of Evita Perón.
This is a typical parisian area, with its street
cafes and artists, where the large Palermo
parks start, where you can walk or jog for hours
under the immense blue flowered jacarandá
trees and reach very soon the US Embassy.
Parking is no problem at all, as several large
parking opportunities are just meters away.
Also many public transportation buses stop at
only a few meters from the entrance of the building.
