A: Yes, our rates include all taxes and services

2) Q: Does the apartment include the required bed linen and towels?
A: Yes, the apartment is fully equipped with all required linen, towels, kitchenware, etc.

3) Q: How do we collect the keys to the apartment?
A: In the apartment, at the check-in, at mutualy agreed time.

4) Q: When do we pay for accommodation, and do you accept credit cards?
A: Payment for the apartment is due on arrival. Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards.

5) Q: Do the rates of apartment rental include airport transfers from and to the airport?
A: No. The rates do not include transfers. From airport, transfer by taxi costs approx. 25 USD:
For stays of one month or longer, the owner will arrange a complimentary pick-up of the guest

6) Q: Are babies and children regarded as people for calculation of beds?
A: Babies not, but children yes, as they use a full-sized bed. If required, we could provide baby cots.

7) Q: Are we allowed to smoke inside the apartment?
A: No. The apartment is no smoking. If people smoke, a deodorizing charge of 500 USD is applied.

8) Q: Does the apartment contain cooking facilities?
A: Yes. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities, including kettle, toaster,cook taps, pots, pans, etc.

9) Q: Does the apartment include tea, coffee and milk?
A: Yes, we supply a basic complimentary stock for the very first days for extended stay.

10) Q: Is parking included with the apartment rentals?
A: Parking is not included in the rate. Dayly or monthly rates are available at several very close parking facilities, subject to availability. Please request on booking.

11) Q: Our flight arrival at BsAs is early morning. Can we have an early check-in?
A: Normal check-in time is 2 PM, with free luggage facility available from 8 AM. Subject to availability, guaranteed early check-in (from 7,30 AM) can be secured at the time of booking at a cost of half the dayly rate.

12) Q: Our flight out of BsAs is late in the evening. Can we have a late check-out?
A: Normal check-out time is 10 AM. Subject to availability, guaranteed late check-out (No later than 6 PM) can be secured at the time of the booking, at a cost of half the dayly rate.

13) Q: If we do not wish to pay early check-in or late check-out, can we leave our luggage with you while the apartment is not available?
A: Yes. We do have luggage storage facility between 10 AM and 6PM.

14) Q: Is breakfast included in the rates?
A: No. Rates do not include breakfast. Please note the apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to prepare your own breakfast. And at street level, in the same building, in the caffee restaurant LIBER you can be served a top first class complete breakfast.

15) Q: What is the minimum stay?
A: Minimum stay is 7 days.

16) Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You have to go to the booking section and fill out the form. You can also phone the owners in case of any doubt.

17) Q: How much do I have to pay to make a reservation?
A: You have to pay 50% of the total amount of your stay, up to a maximum of one full month rental.

18) Q: How and when do I pay the remaining balance?
A: When you check in and sign the location contract.

19) Q: Am I required to pay a security deposit for the apartment?
A: Yes. You have to pay 1,000 USD which will be returned to you at your departure if no losses or damages have occured.

20) Q: How often is the apartment cleaned?
A: The rental includes complimentary twice per week maid service. If requested, additional maid service can be supplied, at your cost.

21) Q: What happens if I break something?
A: You will have to pay repair or replacement. Its cost will be deducted from your security deposit.

22) Q: What if I need help or information during my stay?
A: You can call the owner to his cell phone.

23) Q: Does the apartment have telephone?
A: There is a fixed line phone with several wireless extensions in the apartment, and there is a cellphone available for you.

24) Q: Do I have to pay any administrative fee or commission?
A: No, there are no administrative fees or commissions to be paid by the guests.

25) Q: What are the advantages of rental your apartment?
A: Our apartment is brand new and completely furnished and equipped in all luxury to make you feel at home. It is located in the most exclusive quartier in BsAs, and you will be paying only a small fraction of the price of a top class hotel. The apartment provides a generous living space which a good hotel cannot provide. The modern and fully equipped kitchen allows the guest to prepare meals with practically no additional money.

26) Q: When is the reservation confirmed?
A: Once the payment is received, we send you a confirmation email.

27) Q: Is there a high speed Internet connection available?
A: Yes there is. And for your added convenience, wireless service is also available.

28) Q: What are the most important sights in the neighborhood?
A: One minute from the apartment you find the most luxurious mall Patio Bullrich, and 3 minutes walking distance you enjoy Av. Alvear with its multiple international fashion stores. Recoleta, one of the main attractions of the capital, with its street caffees, enormous gum trees, with the cemetery with Evita Perons tomb and a lot of famous restaurants is only 10 minutes away. Two minutes away you find Av. 9 de Julio, the widest avenue, worldwide. Libertad Street, where you will be living, has many art galleries and antiquarian shops. Less than 10 minutes away you reach Plaza San Martin with its immense trees and great panoramic views. There you find the famous Plaza Hotel and the beginning of traditional Florida Street. After four minutes walk you arrive at Callao Street, with its beautifull trees and high class apartment buildings. And only 3 minutes from your place, you will arrive at Plaza Francia where you will wonder if you have not been transported to Paris.

29) Q: Can I trust BsAs taxis?
A: In general, yes. To be on the safe side, you can stop "radiotaxis" identified as such, which are monitored from a central office. Or you can take the taxis from an available stop place, like the one just in front of Patio Bullrich.

31) Q: What shops are very close to the apartment?
A: Patio Bullrich mall is only one minute away from the apartment. There you can find many world class exclusive fashion stores. The same type of stores can be found, at 3 minutes walking distance in Galerias Alvear. In the Libertad Street there are several interesting art galleries and expositions, as well as antique shops, while at Posadas and Cerrito you find 4 or 5 o very good restaurants.
