Dear Pedro and Ricardo,
I am writing to express my satisfaction and pleasure with my stay at your Libertad 1693 apartment during my recent visit to Buenos Aires. The apartment was much roomier than I had expected, but it made for a feeling of the "comforts of home". The 3 bedrooms were ample space for our needs, and the spacious dining room and living room with the entertainment systems and internet access added to the comfort. The supply of "tourist" information was more than ample to arrange for tours, dinner, or theatre. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing for convenient preparations of morning coffes and evening snacks. Laundry facilities were the answer to a convenient quick wash before departure.
Check in was conveniently arranged through the accommodation of Elsa Gamboa. She was helpful in every sense of the word, from ensuring a replacement cellphone charger was provided through Ricardo's prompt action, to her advising me when I had internet access concerns. She was prompt on check-in and accommodated me on a later departure. She is such a gracious lady.
The cleaning lady who came in midweek, was extremely delightful and despite my insisting things were fine, she proceeded to ensure that nothing was forgotten in her efforts to provide a comfortable clean environment. I could use her at home.
The apartment is conveniently located just mere steps from the intersection of Libertad and Libertador which made it very easy to flag a cab within a minute of stepping out onto the street. Access to numerous sites within the area was always only minutes away. Security in the building was never a concern.
So, I would like to thank you for the very pleasant service you provided. It was very good value for the price.
Thanks again!

Happy New
year, Ricardo!
We had a very good stay in Buenos
Aires. Your apartment suited us nicely.
You would probably want to know that
the living room air consitioner drained
water from one end of the unit. I
noticed this only once during our
stay. I put pots under the drips to
collect the water. There doesn´t
seem to be any damage to the floor
so I don´t think it is a constant
problem.
The cell phone is fifficult to use
outside because it seems to pick up
and amplify ambient noise. Probably
should be replaced.
In case anybody asks about estancias,
I would recommend overnight stays
at El Ombú in San Antonio de
Areco, and La Oriental located about
250 Km west of Buenos Aires. They
were both lovely and each has a website
for additional info. For even more
information on estancias, google Red
Argentina de Turismo Rural.
Avis, Thrifty and Deitrich car rental
agencies are very conveniently located.
You may want to include that information
in your correspondence with visitors.
I left restaurant recommendations,
etc in your Visitors Notebook.
Thanks for your general assistance
in helping to make our stay so successfull.
We had an excellent time in Argentina
Ciao!

I want to thank Ricardo and Pedro
for the thought they put into making
our family´s stay in Buenos
aires pleasurable. There was a cell
phone for our use, easily recharged
with phone cards, a book with necessary
phone numbers and tips to better enjoy
what the city has to offer. The apartment
itself fullfilled all our expectations,
and of course, is located in one of
the poshest neighborhoods of B.A.
We used an hotel located one and half
blocks away as a pick up point for
our tours, since they do not pick
up from private addresses. In the
corner of Libertad and Libertador,
just feet away from the entrance to
the building, there is a very good
restaurant that we used often. It
has great food at great prices, and
after a full day of touring, it was
very convenient. They also deliver
our order to the apartment upon request.
We used Buquebus for a day trip to
the city of Colonia, in Uruguay, worth
seeing and of historic significance.
We used Travelline to take a city
tour, to go to a Ranch to see feats
of horsemanship and listen to folkloric
music and even tango, and also visited
Tigre.
The people were extremely courteous,
and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Finally, we went to a tango show (expensive)
at Un Viejo Almacen. The dinner was
very good and the show unforgettable.
I was also told that Señor
Tango is also very good. I have no
way to compare the dozen or so shows
but I was impressed with the one I
saw.
Thank you again for your kind hospitality.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend
your apartment to any of my friends,
or rent it again at a future date.
Best regards

Dear brothers Pedro and
Ricardo:
Only a brief note to thank you for
the so pleasant stay in your apartment
in Recoleta. We had a wonderfull time,
the location was excellent and the
apartment was in superb condition.
The area pleased us so much that we
had breakfast EVERY DAY in the cafee
Liber, downstairs in your building,
where also the service was also extremely
friendly. And frequently we enjoyed
there a chocolate drink at 1AM! Our
children were delighted with Buenos
Aires, and we hope to return soon.
Many thanks for everything, and to
Georgina for her assistance. If someday
you visit this battrered capital of
Venezuela, we will be glad to assist
you.
Best regards

| It is often said that
the three most important considerations
when buying real estate are "location,
location and location". For me,
this principle holds when choosing
where to stay in a foreign city. We
have visited Buenos Aires quite frequently
in the past 26 years and have never
stayed in a better located hotel or
apartment: fashionable shops, great
restaurants, theaters and other major
attractions are within walking distance
or a short cab ride away. If on top
of this we mention the very comfortable
apartment, a great coffee shop around
the corner and the brothers Pedro
and Ricardo warm personality, we have
the recipe for a very pleasant stay
in a magnificient city.

| Congratulations to
brothers, Ricardo and Pedro! Their
commitment to quality and good taste
has resulted in an attractive, comfortable
and convenient headquarters in Recoleta
from which to enjoy this marvelous
city. We found the location to be
ideal for our explorations during
the past ten days. There are good
restaurants and shops nearby. But,
most importantly, it is a central
location with ready access to cabs
day and night. As an added bonus,
it was easy to tell taxi drivers “Libertad
y Libertador,” the corner where
the building is located.
The sparkling apartment, with its
modern appliances, great entertainment
system, new furnishings, shining
kitchen and bath were seductive.
We almost didn’t want to leave.
As a result, some mornings we started
our day much later than we had planned.
We knew the minute we walked into
the apartment that we were in a
grand place.
We were especially appreciative
of Ricardo’s suggestions and
recommendations of both restaurants
and places to visit in Buenos Aires
and in the lovely neighboring city
of Tigre. It was an asset to have
a Porteño, resident of Buenos
Aires, nearby to answer our many
questions. The warm welcome we received
from Ricardo’s assistant,
Georgina, Ariel, who drove us from
the airport, and building “super,”
Pedro who greeted us daily with
a smile, set the tone for our stay.
Together and separately, we have
traveled throughout much of the
world. This was our first visit
to Buenos Aires. This cosmopolitan
city is now high on our list of
favorites. We both want to return
– not only to revisit Buenos
Aires (and take more tango lessons!)
but also to travel throughout Argentina.
We will definitely stay here on
our next trip.

We were all extremely pleased with
this apartment. Maybe for people renting
it for a long time, for 15 or more
days, a drying machine would be justified.
Gas activated for a better economy.
Your relation price/services is excellent!
Definitely, the most outstanding feature
of the apartment is its location:
it is formidable, equaly distanced
from the areas a turist wishes to
visit and, obviously, of the shoping
area.
As long as I stay in good health,
be able to walk and maintain all my
faculties, Buenos Aires will continue
to be one of my preferred destinations.
Many thanks for everything!
